At inginit testing is performed by at least 2 different testers to ensure we cover all possible scenarios in order to collect correct data. For data collection, one of the most important course is collecting correct data right from the beginning. Having error in data can add more work, extra cost to re-field and overall project dissatisfaction for all party involved(vendor, agencies, end clients). We take testing seriously to prevent any loss.
Types of test we do:
Logical test to ensure the correct flow as per the document
Textual test to ensure all text are as per the document
Look & feel to ensure underline, bold, italic, colors, form design are as per the document if not better
Device agnostic test to ensure the survey works as expected & looks good on all devices
